Factors Influencing Employer Brand, Perspective of IT Employees

Abstract


This research paper examines the perception of employees in IT Industry towards the factors that influence the Employer brand in the IT organizations. Branding has become integral element in our daily lives especially in business, consequently brand management is a key activity in any firm. Although the organizations commonly focus in their branding efforts toward developing product and corporate brands, branding can also be used in the area of talent management. The brand that deals with organizations is termed as “employer brand”. Increasingly, companies are using employer branding to attract and retain the employees. The purpose of this paper is to determine the factors of employer brand from the perspective of employees.
