Development of Metrics for Effective Comparison among Cloud Service Providers

Cloud computing is a enhancement of utility services (e.g. electricity, Gas, water) of computing resources like internet service, computer applications, development platforms and physical hardware (storage and processing) resources etc. Cloud computing enables a user to access the required services or resources through web browser at any time and any location. And services are elastic can easily be shrink and stretch on demand without any human interaction that’s called on-demand self services. Today most of the cloud service providers are available in the market, which providing computer resources in different packages on different cost. This paper is comprises of discussion and comparison of most popular cloud services providers (CSP) and their  featured metrics to help out the end customer to select the best one according to his/her requirements.
