Evaluation of Knowledge Management Systems in Order to Increase Knowledge and Productivity Employee in Head Office and Representative Offices of Bank Indonesia

In order for the knowledge management process in the Bank Indonesia can run well, Bank Indonesia made ​​a Knowledge Management System (KMS) to manage the existing knowledge in Bank Indonesia called BLINK (Bank Indonesia We Intranet Services), which serves to create a means to communicate and collaborate with rapid access to information in support of implementation of tasks and increase employee knowledge of Bank Indonesia. Through the use of BLINK, Bank Indonesia expects all employees can use the KMS effectively in order to contribute to the company. But in reality BLINK as KMS can not be used optimally by the consumer. Based on the data obtained from the use of BLINK (Help Desk historical data), all employees of Bank Indonesia, amounting to 5817 people. Can be known only 150 people per day are optimal access BLINK 300 people per day. Based on these data the number of employees who access the BLINK use relatively little can be said. BLINK use can not be considered the maximum to be used in solving problems - problems that occur in the company, in addition to it has never been done on the importance and performance measurement BLINK. The purpose of this study is to establish evaluation model of knowledge management system in order to increase knowledge and productivity of employee, using factor analysis method. The results show that the evaluation model can be constructed through the factors Adequate infrastructure, User participation, KMS Features, Data KMS, and IT Support.
