CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY THEORIES AND MODELS
Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility can be understood in terms of corporate responsibility, but with the greater stress upon the obligations a company has to the society and environment. CSR is also referring as corporate citizenship, responsible business, responsible business, sustainable responsible business (SRB), or corporate social performance. And it is also a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. This study is an attempt to investigate and analysis the corporate social responsibility theories and models evolved through the earlier research, in order to make the concept of CSR more understandable with different dimension of CSR.
