Quality of work life: An Empirical review

Quality of work life is vital resource that enhances the organizational performance. In this regard, quality of work life has become an area of interest as a fundamental issue that fosters employee’s requirement. This study aims to investigate the level and relationship between Pay and Privileges, Infrastructure, Employees Expectation and attitude about work Environment on quality of work life amongst executives working in various public-sector organization in Kingdom of Qatar. The study is quantitative in nature and population for the current research was consisted about 310 executives of public-sector companies in Qatar. The obtained results via correlation and linear regression showed that there is a high significant relationship between all the four variables with quality of work life. This study contributes to the existing literature and suggests some human resource development strategies to public sector institutions on how to improve their employees’ Quality of work life.
