CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF E-BANKING SERVICES IN PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS, CHENNAI

Abstract


The Purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between demographic profile and the customer satisfaction of e-banking services in selective public sector banks in Chennai city with reference to Age and Income of the customer. A purposive sampling technique was employed to recruit 192 customers representing the desired range of demographic characteristics. This research showed that there is a relationship between age and income of the customers and the customer satisfaction of e-banking services in Public sector banks in Chennai. It is suggested bankers to design the program according to the different age and income group of customers in order to educate them about e-banking services.
