ABSTRACT

This conceptual study attempts to examine the applicability of the organizational workgroup characteristics model on the women self-help group.  The research was conducted by the Campion et al., (1993). The study conducted the review of literature and stresses the importance of a study on women self-help groups from the perspective of group dynamics perspective.
