a study of entrepreneurial trait among post graduate university studnets




As studied in numerous previous researches the entrepreneurship is the backbone of any economy. Hence the effort is made by research scholars all over the globe to encourage the students towards entrepreneurship. Hence new course curriculums are developed and the existing are duly modified. The education institutes are also making the valiant effort on their part for this crucial work. In India, entrepreneurs are the need of hour. So education institutes are making similar efforts as their counterparts are doing elsewhere. This paper has made an attempt to study entrepreneurial trait among various course students. It has notified some important qualities enlisted by students essential for successful entrepreneurs. Furthermore it has study the role of education institutes in upgrading these qualities. Lastly, based on this research the researcher has made some valid suggestions.
