An organization goal can be achieved only when the people put in their best efforts.  Employees need feelings are considered for commitment.  People are giving more importance to emotional intelligence than their knowledge. Organizations expect employees have to understand their own emotions, understanding others emotions and they have to act according to that. This paper focuses on the role of emotional intelligence between different levels of employees.
